Joe Friend

Secretary

Joe Friend, a long-time resident of the Charleston area, has recently relocated to the Archdale neighborhood with his family (Old Dominion Drive).

He is not a ‘new’ face as he served with our beloved and thriving Ashley River Fire Department Fire Department which was dedicated to and had faithfully served our community for 40 years but was closed down by the Dorchester County Council on July 1, 2019, as part of ‘budgetary’ measures redirecting to enhance other communities.

He has joined the ACA Board in 2023 to contribute his efforts towards growing and strengthening our neighborhood community.
